At Dovorko, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and how to request one.


1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are made or sourced specifically per customer request.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at support@dovorko.com with your order number and a request to cancel.
  2. Our customer service team will verify the status of your order.
  3. If the order has not been shipped, we will proceed with cancellation and refund.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If the cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
  • Shipping costs will also be refunded if the order was canceled prior to shipment.
  • If the order has already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return.


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item, or
  • An item is missing from your order,
    Please contact support@dovorko.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
    We will offer one of the following solutions:
  • Ship the correct or missing item at no additional cost, or
  • Apply a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
